Cardinal Services Awarded $10,000 Grant Supporting Employment Services in Elkhart County

WARSAW, Ind. – Cardinal Services has received a $10,000 grant from Crossroads United Way to support employment services for individuals in Elkhart County who face significant barriers to employment.

The funding will help provide individualized career planning, job skills training, job placement assistance, and ongoing support for youth and adults seeking meaningful employment.

Through its Elkhart County Employment program, Cardinal Services works alongside Vocational Rehabilitation, schools, case managers, and other community partners to help individuals build skills, gain confidence, and achieve greater independence through employment. The organization expects to serve approximately 180 individuals during the grant period.
