Three Options to Schedule Your Ride
-
Standing Reservations
We pick you up each day the service is needed. You never have to call unless you need to cancel. This is great if you have a set schedule, maybe for work or recurring appointments.
-
Pre-Schedule Trip
Call or email a day in advance to make your reservation. This option is perfect for occasional transportation needs or schedules that vary.
-
Same Day Service
If something unexpected comes up, call us! We’ll do our best to meet your transportation needs based on availability of bus space and drivers. However, passengers with standing reservations and pre-scheduled trips are given priority.
TTY Services
Passengers can access TTY services through Relay Indiana by calling (800) 743-3333 and providing them with the KABS office or toll-free number. The Relay Indiana staff will then translate the conversation for them using TTY services.
