Our services fall into three main categories:
Disability Supports
Our disability services take a person-centered approach to supporting each individual with activities and programs based on their unique needs, strengths and interests.
Children & Family Services
Our programs for families with young children provide information and resources to help them grow and thrive.
Transportation
Our affordable, accessible transportation service helps Kosciusko Count residents obtain health care, succeed in employment and enjoy our community.
What Cardinal has given me is the knowledge that my son is able to express himself in ways I never thought possible, and that he has much to say despite not being able to talk. He speaks to me in each of his works of art from RedBird - and through his art, his voice is a loud and joyful sound!
